How to Spot a Real “Have a Seat” Labubu
If you’re out toy hunting and come across a Have a Seat Labubu, here are a few things to check before making a purchase. Whether it’s boxed or loose, these details can help you determine if it’s authentic.
If the Labubu is in the Box:
 1. Metallic Barcode:
 • On the back of the box, there will be a metallic barcode.
 • Hold your phone’s camera over it—this should take you to the Pop Mart website.
 • Once purchased, you can scratch off the metallic sticker and enter the rest of the barcode on their site to verify authenticity.
If the Labubu is Loose (Without a Box) or once opened.
Here are key features to look for:
 • Eyelashes & Mouth Line:
 • Both should match the color of the eyes, which should also complement the overall color scheme of the figure.
 • Forehead & Hairline:
 • The real figure has a slightly receding hairline, but a fake one will have less hair and incorrect coloring.
 • Pop Mart Logo Stamp:
 • On the bottom of the left foot, there should be a stamped Pop Mart logo.
 • Eyes:
 • Always oval-shaped with two shades of the same color.
 • Inside the eye, there should be a geometric white highlight—this is a key detail!
 • Ears:
 • The inner ear will always have an outline that matches the figure’s main color.
